An area is defined as a room, staircase or hallway. Living room and dining room combos and large bonus rooms are equal to two areas. Hallways longer than 20 feet and L-shaped hallways are considered 2 areas. Max 14x14 ft or 200 sq ft per room/area.

Pet Treatment
process:
Our 3 step process will remove urine, odor and stain from your carpets leaving them clean and smelling fresh. Our method dissolves the urine salts and suspends them for extraction. We then treat any stain and odor left on the carpet after the cleaning is finished.

ScotchGard Carpet Protectant
process:
Scotchgard will be applied after cleaning, on all traffic areas that have been cleaned. Over 1 billion pounds of carpet are thrown away every year. Protect your investment and keep your carpets looking fresh longer by having them cleaned regularly and treated with Scotchgard protectant.

Area Rugs
On-Site Area Rug Cleaning
process:
Our on-site area rug cleaning service is tough on dirt and stains but not on precious fibers. We perform a top-down cleaning using a maximum pH level of 8 to ensure that the colors are preserved. Our process includes counter-rotating brush machine agitation and truck-mounted extraction, meaning that you get the best clean that money can buy!

Hard Surfaces
Tile and Grout Cleaning (floors only)
process:
We start by spraying down the area with a high-powered, non-toxic cleaning agent. After some dwell time we use a spinning 1000 PSI jet to remove the dirt and water. Dries in minutes and leaves tile and grout looking brand new.

process:
We use an all-in-one cleaning unit combined with a delicate balance of wood cleaning products. Our process will never harm or swell your wood floors and is the most effective wood cleaning system on the market.

The patented RamAir ClearView Duct Cleaning System is the most effective system to date, as well as being the first system ever created that allows the homeowner to actually see all the dust and debris as it is being removed from the duct system.
When cleaning dryer vents located on the second floor, we ask that the homeowner moves the dryer out of the way so that our technician can easily access the vent. Second floor dryer vents are done from the inside of your home.
